Your smile is worth more than a thousand and one sales 🤗. If, against all expectations, you are not fully satisfied with the item chosen, you can return it to us FREE of charge within 30 days of receipt.

A simple and effective return policy to respond as clearly as possible to the return conditions.

4 CASES

YOU WISH TO CANCEL OR MODIFY YOUR ORDER

We quickly process the orders you place, usually within 12 hours. For this reason, you have 12:00 after placing your order to send us a cancellation or modification email to the email address contact @achamana.com

1/ YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR ORDER

Our average delivery times are 2 to 7 days depending on the product and the carriers chosen, in the event of a longer delay due to restocking of stock, you will be immediately informed so that you can choose between reimbursement or additional waiting.
You are notified by email of the shipment made, as well as the availability of the package at the destination relay point, if the choice is transport by relay point.

If you do not receive your order within the announced times, do not hesitate to contact sav@achamana.com to let us know so that we can start the investigations. As soon as possible.

Exceptionally, there are cases of force majeure or errors made by the carrier. We do our best to bear the inconvenience of these situations which are not the responsibility of our customers.

In this case, if you still do not receive your items during a period of twenty-and- one day, Achamana will reship your order, indicating the procedure for returning the first lost or delayed package if it ends up arriving at its destination.

2/ YOU HAVE CHANGED YOUR MIND, YOU DON'T WANT THE RECEIVED ITEM ANY MORE

You can return your items to us up to 30 days after your payment.

Here's how to do it in 3 steps:

Contact support at sav@achamana.com to notify you of your decision to make a return, specifying your order number and the item you wish to return.
After-sales service will send you a "Mondial relay" return form by email to print and stick on the package.
After receiving your items, we will refund the total amount of your re purchase (product cost + delivery) in the form of a purchase voucher or refund.

The return costs by Mondial Relay are borne by Achamana in the case of a purchase voucher but will be deducted from the amount refunded as part of a refund request.

In the case of a product that does not comply with the order, Achamana will, of course, bear the return costs.
In all cases, the acceptance of the return is conditioned by the respect of the following points: the articles must not have been worn, soiled, washed and must return in their original packaging with the labels, so that the product in question is marketable as is. (open packaging with care will not be penalized)

3/ YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR DAMAGED ITEM

It exceptionally happens that an item arrives broken or damaged due to of careless handling. In the majority of cases the appearance of the package warns of a possible problem, please mention it on the carrier's slip "a reserve" and if possible open the package in front of him to see the condition of the product.

Your order number
The description of the problem
A photo or video
We will refund the full amount of your order in the form of a voucher (if you want another form of reimbursement, please let us know)

The return costs will be at our expense, if we decide to return the item in question
